Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Platform or purchase the All Access Pass. If you use the Platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your email, password, and one-time codes confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Notify us immediately at yo@mindismoney.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.

3. The All Access Pass

The All Access Pass is a paid annual digital subscription that unlocks discounts, coupons, and partner offers listed on the Platform. Access is granted immediately on successful payment and is personal to you — sharing, reselling, or transferring the Pass is not permitted. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Third-party tools, deals, and content

The Platform aggregates offers from third-party tool vendors and affiliate networks. We do not manufacture, own, or control these third-party products. Prices, availability, features, and terms are set by the respective vendors and may change without notice. Your purchase, subscription, or use of any third-party tool is a separate contract between you and that vendor, and is governed by the vendor's own terms and privacy policy. MindisMoney is not a party to that contract and is not responsible for the delivery, quality, support, or refund of any third-party product.

We may earn affiliate commissions when you claim a partner offer. This does not affect the price you pay.

5. Payments

Payments for the All Access Pass are processed by Razorpay. By making a payment you agree to Razorpay's terms. All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any charges levied by your bank or card issuer.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Platform to break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
• share your account, Pass, or unlocked codes with others;
• scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content, deal codes, or lists without our written permission;
• introduce malware, attempt to reverse-engineer the Platform, or interfere with its normal operation;
• use the Platform to send spam, harass other users, or post unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or infringing content; or
• do anything prohibited under Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

We may remove content, throttle, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these rules.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform — including the MindisMoney name and logo, articles, curated lists, editorial write-ups, code, and design — belongs to MindisMoney or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of content you submit to us (e.g. tool requests, feedback) but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it to operate and improve the Platform.

8. Editorial content is not advice

Articles, news, bites, and tool recommendations on the Platform are for informational purposes only. They are not financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. Do your own diligence before acting on anything you read here.

9. Availability

We work hard to keep the Platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that any specific deal, discount, or feature will remain available.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MindisMoney, its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Platform or the All Access Pass will not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold MindisMoney, its directors, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Termination

You can stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Platform. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to Section 15, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.

15. Dispute resolution

Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at yo@mindismoney.com and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith for at least thirty (30) days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be finally settled by arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by MindisMoney in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, and the language of arbitration shall be English. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a competent court in Bengaluru.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when the latest version took effect. For material changes we will provide reasonable notice — for example, by email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and MindisMoney regarding the Platform.
